Yes it is. Easy to access, easy to follow and tons of learning about yourself and resilience. There is a community where peers can share and occasional live events.

A few minutes a day. It runs over the next 6 months. You participate and complete at your own pace. Short highly engaging videos, assessments, and exercises drop every few days for you to try and learn.  

  • A few minutes a day.
  • What you put in you get out. 
  • There is a short assessment we ask you to do twice to learn and grow
  • There will be short video learning of 1-4 minutes dropped several times a week 
  • There are short reflection exercises we ask you to do to solidify the learning dropped weekly
  • You will have the opportunity to journal and log to grow self-awareness and reflect
  • There will be some short engaging readings
  • You will receive a certification in resilience training.
  • Resilience screening is becoming commonplace in the interview-hiring process
