Phase 1 is 3 months and you will be certified in resilience training. Short highly engaging videos, assessments, and exercises drop every few days for you to try and learn.Ā Ā 

  • A few minutes a day.
  • What you put in you get out.Ā 
  • There is a short assessment we ask you to do twice to learn and grow
  • There will be short video learning of 1-4 minutes dropped several times a weekĀ 
  • There are short reflection exercises we ask you to do to solidify the learning dropped weekly
  • You will have the opportunity to journal and log to grow self-awareness and reflect
  • There will be some short engaging readings
  • You will receive a certification in resilience training.
  • Resilience screening is becoming commonplace in the interview-hiring process
