Q-Life is a very beneficial experience. When I first started by doing the assessment, I was thinking there is no way I could feel better about all the outcomes that were presented. However, as I listened to the lessons and advice that was provided the way I looked at my workload changed. I thought I wouldn’t have a chance to hang out with my friends or to work out, however, after listening to Q-Life I learned ways to schedule when I can exercise and when I could go out and hang out with my friends. There’s still things I need to work on but, I learned so much and I guarantee my next couple of years in school to be completely organized and fun.

We'll ask you to do a short assessment to help you learn and grow. Plus, keep an eye out for quick video lessons, dropping several times a week. Each week, we'll also share reflection exercises to help you really understand what you're learning. You'll even get the chance to journal and log your thoughts to become more self-aware and reflective. And don't forget about the short, engaging readings to keep you hooked!
